The Responsibility report 2012–2014 launched by Kiilto and KiiltoClean last spring is now available also in English. Responsible – Corporate Responsibility Report gives an interesting overview on how responsible business strengthens companies’ total quality, benefits stakeholders and builds strong partnerships. It also reports on the objectives and development of the key figures and performance indicators of the companies during 2012–2014.
The theme of the report is Responsibility for the benefit of stakeholders. In the report, corporate responsibility is approached from three angles: environmental responsibility and product safety, employer responsibility and financial responsibility

The core of responsible business is sustainable principles that are also put into practice. Responsibility asks for involvement, planning and concrete actions. To develop responsibility is to develop the entire business.
Giving voice to stakeholders
Communication and cooperation are the elements of good partnership. Kiilto and KiiltoClean want to listen to their stakeholders and pursue for common goals. Mutual communication between a company and its stakeholders is emphasized also in the updated ISO 9001 quality management standard, ISO 26000 standard for social responsibility and in the international GRI G4 guidelines.
