We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Meat & Fish Industry) based in Sweden

Foodjob Nordic is looking for a skilled Key Account Manager for KIILTO. The Key Account Manager (KAM) for Sweden is a new role, and will be responsible for the development of markets, projects and sales of KIILTO concepts and products to Meat and Fish Industry customers across Sweden. The objective is to build new business from scratch.

Responsibilities and goals:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of a sales strategy that ensures, that on-going relationships to key decision makers are maintained with the Swedish meat and fish companies while maximizing KIILTO's offerings and profitability. The key objective of the KAM is to drive the growth within the customer base by demonstrating the KIILTO promise and the value we provide as a total solutions partner – cleaner, safer, healthier – everywhere it matters. The KAM is, in close corporation with colleagues within KIILTO, the intermediate link between the customer, project management and implementation of products/concepts.

You will be part of a highly committed sales team where we offer you a positive working environment with good opportunities to influence your daily work. You will be part of the sales team in Sweden and the Group and work closely with colleagues in the other Nordic countries.

Some important focus points are:

  • Sales Development responsibility for Sweden
  • Identify market opportunities and new business opportunities
  • Develop concepts and identify new product development opportunities
  • Business strategy implementation
  • Working well together with KIILTO Global Food Industry colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Educated within Business, Food Science or comparable qualifications at University level or comparable practical experience and training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong commercial track record within sales in the food industry, preferably in the B2B market segments in consultative sales- and key account management roles
  • Combines a commercial mindset and drive with specialist knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management skills and high integrity
  • Prior experience in designing tender responses will be an advantage
  • Able to work in large, international, matrixed organization
  • Self-starting business professional with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish plus preferably other Scandinavian languages
  • Flexible and is willing to travel around min. 60-80 days pr. Year
